We are confident that we will give you a high quality of service in all respects. However, if you have any queries or concerns about our work for you, please take them up first with the fee earner. If that does not resolve the problem to your satisfaction then please take it up with this firm’s Senior Partner who is Mrs A Francis.

In the event that our internal resolution procedures do not satisfy you, we will give you details of how to contact the Legal Ombudsmen in order that your complaint can be raised with them if you so wish.

All firms of solicitors are obliged to attempt to resolve problems that clients may have with the service provided. It is therefore important that you immediately raise your concerns with us. We value you and would not wish to think you have any reason to be unhappy with us.

Please note that, if any internal complaints procedure with ourselves is not concluded to your satisfaction, you will be sent a further letter indicating details of how to contact the Legal Ombudsman, and also making reference to ‘Alternative complaints bodies’ for the purposes of what is known as ‘Alternative Disputes Resolution’.
